Q:Are taxes included in the rental?

A:Yes, all vehicle rentals are tax inclusive.

 

Q:Is smoking allowed in the vehicle?

A:Regrettably, we do not allow any smoking inside our vehicles. Should any damages occur the customer will be held fully liable for such damages.

 

Q:Do you offer roadside assistance/ after sales?

A: Yes, we do offer roadside assistance and a 24 hour helpline is available, a standard call out fee of R500 applies after hours (10 pm – 5 am).

 

Q:How long does the vehicle renting process take?

A:The process is a fast and simple process, and generally takes 2 – 3 minutes.

 

Q:How is payment made?

A:We have different payment methods available. Please ask one of our friendly consultants for your most convenient payment method.

 

Q:How does vehicle booking work?

A:Vehicles can either be booked online or telephonically via the contact number provided or WhatsApp.

 

Q:How old do I have to be to rent a vehicle?

A:You need to be 18 years or older,  with a valid driver’s license and need to have driven for longer than 5 years.

 

Q:What happens if I get traffic fines?

A:All traffic fines will be the liable cost billed to the customer.

 

Q:What currency can I pay in?

A:Any currency of choice is available as long as the amount reflects in our account prior to the day of rental.

 

Q:Is there a refund policy in place?

A:Any cancellation needs to be done 3 days prior of rental booking.

 

Q:How does delivery and drop off work?

A:Once the vehicle booking has been confirmed the vehicle will be delivered and collected from the client.

 

Q:Do you offer Airport/Hotel transfers?

A:Airport and Hotel transfers are available.

 

Q:Is there a deposit to be paid?

A:Our standard deposit term is equivalent to one days rental.

 

Q:What happens if any damages occur?

A:All minor damages will be the liability of the client, should any major damages occur the full amount of the vehicle’s access will be paid by the client.

 

Q:Are there any chauffeur services available?

A:Yes chauffeur services are available at an additional fee.

 

Q:Do you have a cancellation policy in place?

A:Any cancellations have to be processed 72 hours in advance.

 

Q:Can I swap my vehicle during my rental period?

A:Yes this option is available T&C’s apply.

 

Q:Are your vehicles fitted with trackers?

A:Yes all our vehicles are fitted with trackers.
